#42 Leaders Must be Master Potters

Leaders must be master potters, molding and shaping people into who they can become. Leaders have a responsibility to help their people find and achieve their purpose for their life. Leadership is getting involved in the molding and shaping process, to not allow people to settle for less than what they can become.
